These terms govern your use of ebbb (“the Service”), a daily planning application operated by ebbb (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using ebbb, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ebbb is a web-based daily planner designed to help you organise tasks, manage focus sessions, and build productive habits. The Service is provided “as is” and is currently offered free of charge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ebbb. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

ebbb does not require a traditional account. Your data is associated with a device-based identifier stored in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and browser data. We cannot recover your data if you clear your browser storage and have not enabled sync.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ebbb for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise security

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in ebbb, including tasks, notes, and any text submitted through the planner. We do not claim any rights over your content. We access your content only to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI features

ebbb includes AI-powered features such as task parsing and suggestions. These features use third-party AI services (Anthropic) to process your input. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Your input text is sent to third-party AI providers for processing
• You should review AI-generated tasks before confirming them
• AI features are provided as a convenience and do not constitute advice

7. Availability

We strive to keep ebbb available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. ebbb is designed to work offline, so you can continue using the planner even without an internet connection.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ebbb and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

ebbb is a planning tool, not medical software. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about ADHD or any health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Intellectual property

The ebbb name, logo, design, and source code are the property of ebbb. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using ebbb at any time by simply closing the application and clearing your browser data. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ebbb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ebbb will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
